Danielle O'Brien

Danielle M. O’Brien has been a real estate sales agent since 2008, and a Broker since 2013. Before real estate, Danielle spent 10 years in the technical divisions of a Boston financial giant. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (BS, 2002) Degree from Bridgewater State College focusing on Management, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, and Mathematics. In 2009, she graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Danielle has furthered her real estate education by earning designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR). In 2018, she completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) coursework, her At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification, and obtained her Professional Coaching Certificate (PCC) from the University of Miami. Danielle is committed to training her employees and educating the community. She has taught multiple real estate-related seminars in the Boston area. Though she works with all types of buyers and sellers, she specializes in VA transactions and has assisted over 50 Veterans and their families in buying, selling, or renting homes. She is both a homeowner and landlord.

Danielle is proficient in both Buyer & Seller agencies. She also manages Landlord & Tenant Representation, and Investor & Development Consultation. She can assist with Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), Broker Price Opinions (BPA), and short sales, and presenting real estate material to various local groups.

Accomplishments

Danielle was a top agent in her first full year of real estate at Realty Direct in 2011, and in 2012 & 2013 at Patch Realty Group. In 2014, she opened Parkway Real Estate which now has its main West Roxbury location and a branch office in Roslindale added in 2020. Volunteerism

Danielle volunteers her time to the local organization Parkway in Motion, and as a board member for the Charles River & Spring Valley Neighborhood Association. She served as President of the Parent Council of St. Theresa of Avila School and is also a member of the West Roxbury Business & Professional Association’s (WRBPA) Membership Committee. Within real estate, she also serves on the Membership Committee for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the Ethics Committee for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Personal

Danielle lives in West Roxbury with her husband Ronnie, a Boston firefighter; her two children, Isabel and Patrick. For fun, she enjoys traveling, the occasional softball game, and the beach.
