I'm a Philly re-transplant. I was living in Los Angeles the past 5 years and moved back home. I worked with 2 other realtors before I found Danielle. She was the only person who got back to me within the hour of my emails or texts. She also wasn't pushing any homes on me that were outside of my budget. She cared about what I was actually looking for and not just her commission check.

Danielle helped me find the townhome of my dreams. She ticked off every single box on my list of things I NEEDED in a home and more than half of the things I WANTED in a home. She even helped me find a short term apartment (which is not even her specialty and she didn't even have to do) to put me up in while I waited for my house to be ready to move into. She went entirely above and beyond.

I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for a honest realtor who actually responds to your text messages and emails.

I’ve known Danielle personally for some time and when she became a realtor I knew that I wanted to use her either to purchase or sell my home. However, her level of professionalism and courtesy, and the attention to detail she provided helped sell my home in a whooping 16 hour time frame after making the sale active! Thanks Ms. Puchon for all your help, you made this an awesome experience - you rock!
