Danielle has gone above and beyond in helping us understand the process of how a home sale works and what we need to prepare for. She gave us additional support when needed. She was always available even if I had "one more question". She really cared about our family and made this huge transition easy for us. Danielle was such a great help to selling our families vacation property. The condo was located on the beach and the location was over an hour away for her to drive to. This did not cause an issue or any bumps in the road. She was always completely available and handled any kind of light work that needed to be done. The buyer was not the easiest to deal with and had many random requests that we were not willing to agree to. Danielle had a way with words and with her personality to ease the stress of the sale on our end, and the buyers end. We ran into a few issues with the property after a storm came by and Danielle was extremely communicable with the buyer and us and solved all the issues within a week so we could reach our selling deadline. She made it clear to us that she is dedicated to her job and made our first sale of a property seamless for us. We cannot wait to use her services again in the near future.
