Hello, I'm Danny Callejo, CEO of the Callejo Group. I've had the opportunity to work in real estate for 30 years, servicing luxury home buyers and sellers while teaching them the ins and outs of our business.
Real estate doesn't have to be hard, I can make it easy for you. If I could teach my five children to drive, (notice I didn't mention parallel park here, for some that's a lost cause — believe me), I'm sure I can make your real estate experience a memorable one for all the right reasons. I started from the bottom — no literally — I started my career as a master craftsman in our family business, I know how to appreciate beautiful architecture (I can also spot that crooked DIY job, in case you were wondering if anyone noticed). Then I moved my way up the ranks and you see me here, or as my daughter would say "We started at the bottom, now we're here." This makes me that much more passionate about finding the perfect home for you or the perfect buyer, nobody will be looking at real estate quite like I do, (so if you see me knocking on random parts of cabinets or walls I promise I'm not crazy, I swear there's a reason).
Being in this industry for such a long time has allowed me to earn the respect I have today, even from the owners of top properties around the valley. Everyone in Las Vegas will tell you they have a Steve Wynn, Sheldon Adelson, or Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta story but how many people do you know can say the dog of one of these owners ran into my office, jumped on my desk — scrambling hundreds of papers — and then tackled me with slobbers and a wagging tail? Yes, this happened and it's actually one of my favorite work memories. People say you know whether or not you can trust a person depending on how your pet reacts to them, let's go ahead and test that out — bring your pet around me and I promise they'll love me, (we'll try not to make you jealous but I can't promise you anything), I don't have a TV show called the Dog Whisperer, but hey maybe I should?
Now I guess it's time to get down to business. Want to know more about my professional background? Entitlement, land acquisition, strategic planning, design and development, I've done it all. Commercial real estate? I can do it with my eyes closed. Residential real estate? It's what I love and like my passion for MotoGP (which you can hear coming from my house at 5:00AM on Sunday mornings, go Rossi!) it will never die. I will never stop searching for the perfect buyer for your home, the home that fits your personality like a glove, or the investment that I know will meet all of your wishes (I guess I should've dressed up like Genie and not Aladdin for Halloween with my daughter 20 years ago?).
