About Danny

He made the decision to jump into real estate in 2002. His wife & he purchased their first home in Broadview (North Seattle) and had a below average experience with no follow-up after they signed the contract. He thought, "wouldn't it be cool to be the kind of agent who focused on being as informative & knowledgeable as possible, while making the process enjoyable, too?" Shortly after that, he acquired his license and began selling homes. Prior to his work in real estate, he had been working as a social worker helping homeless young adults obtain housing. He saw potential for the crossover between the two professions. That experience helped him understand that listening to what someone wants for themselves could be an asset, rather than what he wanted for them.

His amazing family consists of his wife, Rebecca, and two sons, Henry (born in 2003) and Elliott (born 18 months later — he knows — they are close in ages, but they are officially done!). If you ever meet him via real estate purposes, you will end up liking him more if you are lucky enough to meet them, too. They have two dogs - Jetson, the black lab & LeRoy, the fierce chihuahua.

They currently live in Ballard's Whittier Heights neighborhood where they have been since 2005 and are loving every minute! Miss Rebecca is a local celebrity in her role as "office lady" at Whittier Elementary School. In his spare time, he plays basketball, travels, and has a little hobby where he plays rockin' music for children and families in a band called The Not-Its!

In closing, he has lived in the Seattle area his entire life, which is an absolute plus for a real estate professional. He loves this city and enjoys being a member of our community.
