The popular cheesesteak spot went from selling six sandwiches on its first day to a whopping 150 per day, at one point selling almost a thousand on the day of the Los Angeles Rams / Philadelphia Eagles game.

Upon getting his real estate license, Danny channeled the energy and resourcefulness that made his restaurant a success into his real estate business.
