I've spent my entire career building a level of real estate expertise that most agents never reach, and it shows in the results.

Before real estate, I spent nearly a decade in the construction and remodeling trades. That hands-on background gave me a technical understanding of homes that translates directly into better representation, whether I'm helping a buyer evaluate a new build, advising a seller on what improvements actually move the needle, or protecting a client from contract terms most agents don't know to question.

Since 2014, our team has closed over 900 transactions and $263+ million in real estate volume across Kansas and Missouri, with over 400 of those being new construction sales. We serve buyers and sellers throughout the KC metro on both sides of the state line, from Lee's Summit and Raymore to Overland Park and Olathe.
