I met Danny to talk about the sale of my home, he was extremely knowledgeable of the market and selling process. From that moment until closing everything went absolutely flawless. As a first time home seller one experiences much stress. Mine began from the time I started getting my home empty and ready for showings, having strangers walking through my personal space and then waiting for a buyer. However, having chosen Mr. Danny Lopez was a good thing. He came prepared for our first sit down and very honest from the beginning. For example, he spotted an issue immediately as he walked through the gates of my home: “a garage door frame that needed a coat of paint”. Before leaving he asked if I had white paint so that he can paint it for me, that was kindness. He always arrived early to make sure that all was in order and to respond to any questions that I might have come up with. Mr. Lopez, listened to my concerns and never shut me down. There was a continuous dialogue between us both. I also noticed that he showed respect to every potential buyer that walked through the door and was very thorough. He was not the voice in my deal but rather the voice of me, the seller. The results you promised were exactly what I got. Today I am at peace and a very happy seller, all thanks to the assistance of Mr. Lopez. I trusted him and I hope that many other homeowners ready to sell can trust him also.

I was looking for a buyer agent to represent me in buying a 1 bed room co-op. I came across Danny after things didn't pan out with my first choice and I regret wasting my time with the other agent when I could have just contacted Danny to begin with.

Danny Lopez is an outstanding real estate broker. I would recommend him without reservation. He sold a family member’s house and worked directly with me. He is someone who is extremely reliable, who can be reached at any time and who always responds quickly by phone and text. He helped my elderly family members with a rental and was always kind and extremely patient so when it was time to sell a house we called him to do it. Danny Lopez, my broker for 2 separate instances - same property - has shown true professionalism throughout the 5 years we worked together. In 2015, he helped me purchase my first property. Last week, I sold that same property and decided to stick with Danny. As expected, he did not disappoint. Not only did he sell at listing (we had asked him to drop if needed - it wasn't), he remained attentive and he communicated with me the entire way through. I was prepared to change the terms of the contract if the property sat there with no offers until August, but somehow, during a worldwide pandemic, he sold at listing months earlier than anticipated. I couldn't be happier with his level of service and diligence. When the time comes to look at another property, I won't have to bother looking for a broker; I have Danny's cell.
