Truly an amazing real estate professional. I was referred to Danny and his team by my mortgage broker to get advice on purchasing investment property and get better understanding of the area that I had in mind. First of let me tell you how impressed I am by their level of professionalism, I never told them who referred me to them because I didn't want to get preferential treatment and the service I got was nothing less than 5 star! Without any expectation they answered all my questions, gave me guidance and provided more than enough information for me to complete my research. When I'm ready to pull the trigger I will be going back to Danny again to close the deal and this time I will make sure to tell them who referred me cause if their standard service is such I can only imagine how well I will be treated as a client that was referred to them!

Not that Danny needs yet another 5-star review, but wanted to let you know about my second experience with him. When my tenants moved out, I was ready to sell my condo. Danny again advised that he thought I should continue to rent it a little longer. No, no, I insisted, so we tried to sell. Of course, I know exactly how buyers think, because after all, I have bought property. Well, turns out that my sample size of one, didn't quite hold up to Danny’s wealth of experience. We worked with Danny in 2014/2015 to buy and sell our home. He is very approachable and friendly, and we felt comfortable with him right away. Danny knew the market extremely well and gave us invaluable advice about the timing of bulling/selling. Danny recently helped us sell our home in West Hollywood. While we knew going into the selling process, we wanted to make sure that we had someone who would listen to us, give us do-able advice, and help us get the best price possible.
