I am very passionate about Commercial Real Estate. After more than 20+ years of making deals, I still love doing it and do it everyday full time. My niche is Retail Shopping Centers and Land. My clients know I am laser-focused on getting their deals closed. There’s excitement when I bring the right players together and am able to make a positive impact in the community. There is a personal joy and satisfaction when everyone walks away from the closing table happy and satisfied.

Most recently, Houston Mayor, Sylvester Turner, and I visited India to explore economic opportunities. Traveling all over the world with all these different City/County Officials and the Greater Houston Partnership has provided me the opportunity to meet privately with many high caliber business owners and investors looking for to invest in Houston and its surrounding cities.
