Danny Roth is a highly accomplished Visionary Executive with experience in owning and managing restaurants, developing a successful Real Estate Team, establishing a prominent name in the Community, construction background and being very knowledgeable in all current lending guidelines. Danny specializes in time management and has the tendency to thrive in dynamic environments while remaining focused and enthusiastic.
Danny was born in Long Island, New York, and eventually made his way to Arizona. He graduated from Chaparral High School with Honors where he started every year on the Basketball and Baseball teams. He was selected All-State in both sports. He attended the University of Arizona from 1983-1987 and graduated with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Finance.
He successfully owned and managed four restaurants for over a dozen years while eventually pursuing real estate in order to spend more time with his wife Jennifer.
Danny’s restaurants were extremely successful, mostly because of Danny’s ability to market the product, manage the 170 employees and formulate all the control procedures. He also became a master chef with extraordinary culinary skills; trained by the head chef of the Love Boat Cruise lines.
Danny has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and has been ranked nationally as high as 75th in the nation. Danny has accomplished closing over 1.6 billion dollars in gross sales and has sold over 10,055 properties in his career. Talented in all forms of real estate, IE; luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, condo conversions, first-time home buyers, Foreclosures and short sales, fix-up properties, and 1031 exchanges. Danny has developed a Designation that focuses on training other Agents and Investors called DREC (Designated Real Estate Consultant). The course also focuses on Right Sizing Made Simple for seniors and Flip the Home You Own, which enables sellers to gain more value in selling their homes.
Between 2006-2011, when most realtors were struggling, Danny helped develop a very successful real estate model. He was able to facilitate a private equity firm by buying foreclosed homes in bulk. Each list of several hundred homes had to be evaluated with the AS-IS value, fix-up cost, and potential sales price in less than 72 hours for the bid to be submitted. Danny and his team have evaluated over 37,000 homes. Danny was able to have over 1,600 agents across the country help in the evaluation process. Once the properties were obtained, Danny would view the homes and figure out the best repairs and remodeling to do on each one to obtain the highest value possible, while still staying at or under a competitive market value. Danny is now the expert in the industry for this process and has been teaching and coaching this system to other agents over the last few years.
Danny loves to give and is a big contributor to the Sunshine Kids Foundation (kids with cancer) and The Humane Society. Danny helps bring gifts for the holidays to children every year at his local hospital, Tucson Medical Center. They are fortunate to receive enough toys and gift donations to give to over 100 kids each holiday season.
Jennifer and Danny have three incredible children: Elijah, Ashtin, and Jewels. The Roth’s keep busy with all of the children’s sports and activities. Jennifer loved owning and operating her own Cupcake shop. Danny has also coached youth sports for over 20 years and operates an elite club baseball team to help great athletes afford to go to the next level. Danny funded the opening of a new Dance Studio to help his daughter obtain the best training possible with her love for Dance. His daughter Ashtin landed the biggest job she could dream of at her age in the dancing world. Ashtin and Jennifer are on the reality TV show called “Dance Moms”. Now Ashtin is the captain of the University of Arizona Pomline.
