Elise Property Management is a great intermediary between landlord and tenant. I use Elise Property Management for all of my rentals in the area due to their management capabilities.

If you're a landlord I would recommend as rates are fair and execution is top notch. If you're a tenant I would recommend Elise Property Management as they are very responsive and extremely fair to all parties.

Elise Property management is the best property management company we have had. They inform us of problems immediately and have very good contractors in all areas that provide fair prices for their work.
They also consistently provide monthly reports on rental income and expenses without being asked.

All staff is friendly, efficient, and very professional.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I had to leave for a Job in Las Vegas and hired them to take care of my home. Even with tenants that can be difficult at times they do a great job of taking care of the home owner and give you detailed reports. They respond to any questions in a timely manner. I am blessed to have a group like this taking care of my home.
