Dara grew up in Saint Petersburg graduated from Boston University's School of Management and moved back to Florida to become a development manager of a project called "River Ridge" in West Pasco County.

As a residential land developer Dara has been involved in two of the larger mixed use developments (DRI's) in the State of Florida and specializes in saving much more of the existing vegetation and trees than is generally thought practical creating a look and feeling to his projects which has proven to be an astute and profitable strategy as well as beautiful.

As a commercial broker he has successfully negotiated several (11) Publix shopping center transactions drug store properties and others.
Realty ONE Group Advantage agents work throughout the Pasco County and Tampa Bay area with our headquarters office located 1/2 mile west of the intersection of State Road 56 and I-275 (1/4 mile west of the Tampa Premium Outlet Mall) at 24814 State Road 54 Lutz FL 33559. We opened an office at Tyrone and Park in St. Petersburg in December 2016.
