we cannot recommend darby enough! we've worked with her literally for 3 years, trying to find the perfect fit for our family's wants/needs. she was extremely patient with us throughout the process. once we found our new home, she was insanely efficient connecting us with the appropriate groups to get the ball rolling fast. she had our previous home under contract within two weeks after listing, at an oddly slow time in the market. darby is intelligent, hardworking, joyful & has her clients best interest at heart. she's wonderful & we'd highly recommend to everyone!

Darby was very flexible in helping us to find a house. We looked at houses in many areas in and surrounding Rapid City and there was no issue driving to all the different places locations. Even when her car got a flat tire, once the temp spare was put on, she parked her car and drove with us to see the remaining houses. We were able to find the right house for us with a couple days thanks to Darby's help.

Darby worked with me for over a year in the middle of a COVID pandemic and the midst of a crazy housing market to find the right home for me. She was patient and answered all my questions, even outside normal business hours. However, the thing I appreciated most from her was her honesty; if a house wasn’t a good fit for me, she expressed that up front and didn’t try to sugar coat something just to make a sale.
