Darcie is someone truly special. I have now bought and sold through her, and both experiences felt like masterclasses in real estate work. I am going to detail my experience on both sides of the process for any serious clients out there looking for the best.

For buyers: Her attention to detail during walkthroughs saved us from subtle flips and lipstick'd pigs on more than one occasion. She also demonstrated a wealth of knowledge on procedure, costs, and risks throughout the process, particularly when we considered submitting an offer on a home "with good bones...". We submitted our offer confidently with a clear understanding of what to be prepared for, and damned if she wasn't spot on. Last, she was tenacious during negotiations and knew exactly how & when to apply pressure to get what we were looking for.

These have been, of course, great qualities of any agent worth their salt, but what set her apart as someone we truly needed to work with was her thoughtful professionalism during one of our first walkthroughs. It was a small thing to be considerate of a seller agent's belongings, alerting them by phone call when she saw other buyers' agents leaving the seller's home unsecured. It was small, but she was the one who did it. She acted responsibly where others didn't. This was a consistent experience with her.

For sellers: Her well-connected network and genuine obsession with watching the housing market meant that her speculations, while only that, were well-informed. It also meant that when she put our house on the market, buyers agents were paying extra attention, which meant even more walkthrough. Our house was on the market for two days, and she had no small hand to play in that outcome. If you're new to selling, please know this: Darcie is worthy of your trust, stages houses flawlessly, and excels every step of the way.

I could go on. I've already gone on too long, but I could write a damn book on what I learned from my time with this wonderful person. To her future clients, I say this: You're in good hands.

Darcie is Amazing to Work With. With Darcie's assistance and knowledge of the area I was looking to buy in, I had an offer on my dream home, and entered into escrow, before I moved from Texas.
