She took the burden of moving off our plate and did it all - while keeping us apprised of everything. I cannot recommend her more highly - she was a joy to work with and got our home sold - at our asking price - in 3 days!!!

Buying my home was the easiest thing I’ve ever done, and this is coming from a compulsive over thinker and cannot-make-decisions-decision-maker!! It’s all because of Darcy Wine!! Darcy was amazing. As a first time homebuyer I was scared from all the horror stories I heard from people trying to buy a home. During the process I was surprised how easy it was and thought there had to be a catch. Nope, it was all Darcy and the others she worked with behind the scenes making my life easy. She even found the house that she knew I would like, even before I knew I would like it myself. I liked it so much I bought it and through the whole process she was there. Don't let Darcy's low-key demeanor fool you! She was always 2 steps ahead of us in our buying and selling process. She scheduled ALL our inspections to occur in one day, she scheduled coinciding settlements to occur at our new residence. She scheduled tradesmen to handle home inspection items while we were on vacation. She is a well prepared professional who made everything flow flawlessly. She has strong, respectful relationships with other realtors, tradespeople and our lender that smoothed each step. She deeply impressed us and made the transactions virtually stress free.

Many Realtor's make you feel like they're doing you a favor. Darcy truly values your business and will have your best interests as priority one. It doesn't matter if the listing is hers or another realtors she will provide the best information and provide a truly honest opinion of any home.
