Daria was great! We met Daria at an open house and immediately felt comfortable with her and decided to use her as our agent for our search. At first we wanted to take the process slow, take in the market and options however, we learned really quick that is not the current approach in this market. Daria was very knowledgeable about the market and continued to provide sound advice on offers, strategy and our buying position. We decided to be a bit more aggressive with our search as we started getting out bid on every house we put offers on. We started looking at a lot more houses and Daria made herself available every time we wanted to go see another house. However discouraged from our search so far, we finally found the perfect house and Daria fought for us to get this house and we did! In the current competitive market Daria helped us navigate through and made sure our family got into a house without compromise! She understood what we wanted and needed in a house and kept us on track. I would highly recommend her and would use her on the future as well.
