Darin Mitchell of DND Home Sales Group had never failed to give us good information--until now. It's taking way longer than 5 minutes to do this review! 😂
And it's all his fault. The service he provided during our home buying journey was of such a high level and quality that it was hard to find words that wouldn't sound too over the top.
The attention to detail, the knowledge, the insight, the integrity, the commitment make, it easy to recommend him to friends, family, or co-workers who are looking for an agent to assist them in buying or selling a home (note to self: use DND Homes Sales Group when you're ready to sell.)

Not only was Darin knowledgeable of the area and what homes were selling for, he has great listening skills and excellent negotiation skills - no matter what obstacles arise. In the heat of a deal, a lot can happen and Darin and his wife, Deanah are extremely dedicated and will successfully negotiate so you won’t need to worry. DnD is also tech-savvy! It was an amazing experience working with Darin and Deanah as my agents for selling my home. They was exceptionally responsive and timely in every way from listing my home, recommending contractors for needed repairs, negotiating an excellent sales contract, evaluating offers, working with a difficult buyer’s agent, conducting efficient open houses, being highly professional and very knowledgeable about real estate transactions! I am a first time homebuyer I wanted someone that would look out for me, and look out for my best interest. I trusted them from the start. Darin really takes his time and explain everything throughly. They are very responsive, and can juggle all their clients. During inspection there was a water penetration in the ceiling, and they were able to work with the seller and prove that the situation will be resolved. They are very kind and professional. I got my first offer accepted! Trust me, they would be your best realtors. They will tell you the truth, and not what you want to hear. It’s not always about the money; it about making their clients happy, that’s what they care about. They care about their clients. I’m a young client and I felt like they were watching out for a family member.

As first-time homebuyers, navigating the real estate world during COVID was daunting to say the least. Darin and Deanah were amazing at helping us learn the market, narrow down our preferences, teach us what to look out for and what questions to ask, all while ensuring they kept our best interests at heart.
