Dario's appreciation for real estate began at an early age. Growing up in San Francisco, where his father operated a successful construction business, Dario spent his childhood spending time with his dad on construction sites throughout the Bay Area. The experience gave him an early understanding of what it means to create a home, as well as the nuts and bolts of the real estate process in its earliest stages. Dario's knowledge came full circle as an adult, through the experience of becoming a homeowner himself. As an agent, Dario now has the perfect opportunity to share what he knows, and his clients deeply appreciate his firsthand insights into every aspect of buying, selling and renting a home.
They also value his extensive knowledge of Brooklyn. As a Brooklynite for more than a decade, Dario's understanding of the borough's geography and local real estate scene is more comprehensive than some native New Yorkers. He specializes in residential sales and rentals throughout the borough, with a strong focus on Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Park Slope and Greenwood/Sunset Park.
Dario's reputation as warm, professional, and easy to work with reflects how much he loves to meet new people, as does his successful pre-real estate background in the arts and hospitality. After earning a B.A. in theater from UCLA, Dario spent many years working as a professional actor. The opportunity to spend two years touring in Europe as well as North America resulted in a deep love of travel and appreciation of other cultures. In addition to acting, Dario also served as a casting assistant on primetime TV shows for FOX, CBS, ABC, and TNT.
