Born and raised in Rockville, Maryland, and spent my teenage years residing in Silver Spring and Washington D.C. I honed my communication skills while working in the fine dining restaurant industry and catering to an elite group of guests. It was then I realized I can discuss and have knowledge of any topic, just by listening. So, I listened and learned, then discovered I care. I care about people and want the best for them, even those who appear to have it all- there is always something to can added. Ever since, I've been on a journey to find people I can help and/or listen too and I find joy in both. DARIUS IS THE BEST!!!
I didn't have to do anything except sign some papers and he even brought those to my home. Darius handled everything from seeing the place was clean and all repairs made to complete concierge service by meeting with everyone, arranging for most things to be done by computer and bring paperwork that had to be done in person to my home at my convenience.

I've bought and sold quite a few properties in Durham over the past 20 years and had what I felt were good realtors each time but none compared to the service Darius Barnes gave me. He even delivered the check to me after closing.
