A few years ago, when my wife and I were looking for a condo, one of the best decisions we made was to call Darius. He helped us go through our first real estate purchase smoothly and without any headaches.

When we were ready to upgrade to a house, it was a no brainer to call him again to help us go through the process. Like many buyers, we were anxious to find our new home with the competitive real estate market. But Darius kept us calm and was always there to give us a variety of houses to consider.

When we had questions or concerns, we could text or call him and Darius would respond immediately and he always kept us informed. His vast knowledge of houses was super helpful, especially when we went through our inspection. He would tell us what to look out for and if there was a problem with the house, he makes sure that the sellers make it right for us.

Darius was super amazing in helping us sell our condo. He showed us how to prep our home for our showing and pulled out all the stops until it was officially sold. Thanks to him, we found a buyer immediately!

For us what’s really important in a real estate agent is someone who cares and has a positive attitude and Darius embodies that. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Even after we finished the transaction, Darius calls and checks up on us and if we need anything, he’s there - literally buying us a key for our fireplace and offered to remove our “for sale” post when the other agent failed to pick it up.

We are super grateful to have such an outstanding agent to guide us on our new home journey. If you’re looking for a real estate agent, look no further, call Darius!

My wife and I searched for a Realtor online to sell our home, and fortunately we found Darius! If you are in need of a professional, highly experienced Agent, with more real estate knowledge than anyone we've ever met, then please, do yourself a favor, and end your search now and don't hesitate to hire him! Our home was priced aggressively, but at fair market value, at Darius's advice and guidance, and we received so many offers over asking price, it was unbelievable! Darius not only does the usual marketing, he goes above and beyond to use all the latest tech to blast your property all over the internet, even before it hits the market! Very Tech savvy! Virtual Tours, as we learned, is an absolute must, since most buyers search online first before doing anything else. For us, he sent us back into a home we put a bid on, with a tape measure, to demonstrate our being really excited about it. And that's what got our offer selected, according to a conversation later with the seller.

After looking at a couple of Penthouses, and investment properties in Signal Hill, we found Darius a pleasure to work with! He knows real estate like no one else's business! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the market, including investment properties, which is what we are searching for currently. Darius went above and beyond his call of duty in preparations to list my home for sale. My home was in need of a complete makeover. It needed to be evaluated and its market value estimated based on its current condition and its possible future value after renovations. Not only did Darius help me with every step of the process, from hiring a contractor, to designing and choosing decor, he was always available to consult with me anytime during this 3-month renovation and sales process. Most agents don’t know how to do even do this, plus they don’t consider this as part of their job description. Darius does!

My home came out beautifully, and with his recommendation again, we staged the property so that it would be presented to potential buyers in it's best possible light. We were in escrow in less than a week for over the asking price--multiple bidders!

His 22 years of real estate knowledge and expertise is not to be underestimated! He does exactly what he says he's going to do. His honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness is extremely admirable and very difficult to find these days in other agents. I would have no reservations with using his services again and highly recommend him to others!
