Darlene and her husband, Kerry, spent many years in the grocery industry as well as owning/operating downtown Mooresville's local IGA supermarket, an integral part of the downtown community for 10 years prior to entering the real estate industry in 2005. Volunteerism is a vital part of Darlene's life. Most recently, she has given a lot of her time to support the research to find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis, an effort her whole family supports. She is also active on the Board of Directors at the Mooresville Area Bible Teachers Association which funds the teaching of Bible History at Mooresville High School. In 2017, Darlene was named Broker-In-Charge of Lake Norman Realty’s Williamson Road location.
