Darrell “Sparky” Parker is owner of Parker Property, LLC. Parker Property opened in 2005 and services clients throughout Washington State . Darrell has been actively managing, selling and brokering deals since the inception and he continues to expand and develop the company footprint. A graduate from Seattle Pacific University, Darrell holds a BA in Education and a MA in Curriculum and Design from the University of Missouri. Darrell is fluent in Spanish and is a professional teacher with more than 18 years experience. Previously, Darrell taught at both Lake Washington and Northshore School Districts. Darrell is also a long time coach and highly involved in his community.

Darrell has vast experience in personal relations and a clear focus to detail. His strong coaching and teaching background experience makes him highly unique in this profession; he is an excellent negotiator and his calming nature reassures his clients that they are always the top priority.
