Mr. Hamilton formed Hamilton Pacific Real Estate Group in the Spring of 2010 to better service his existing clientele. Over his 25 plus years of real estate experience, Darren has completed over $800 million in lease and sale transactions throughout Southern California. Mr. Hamilton has negotiated over 800 sale and lease transactions for various product types.

Prior to forming Hamilton Pacific Real Estate Group Darren was Senior Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Managing Director of Charles Dunn Company, where he was named Broker of the Year in 2005. Mr. Hamilton’s focus continues to be on Regional, Corporate and Institutional representation. Some of Mr. Hamilton’s past and present clientele include Arden Realty, Equity Office Properties, AT&T, Nortel Networks Corporation, Metlife and Farmers & Merchants Trust Company.
