My husband and I couldn’t be any happier with our choice in contacting Darryl. We had a long search for a home as we were unsure whether we wanted a condo or a house. Darryl helped us clearly see the pros and cons of both choices. He was very honest about to look out for, yet extremely respectful of our choices and preferences in a home. Darryl is so easy to get to know and a very go-with-the-flow kind of person. Once we found the home that felt so right, Darryl was extremely fast and effective with messaging us and helping us to put in an offer immediately. He responded immediately letting us know all the documents, etc. that needed to be completed for the whole process to go through. I am so grateful of his knowledge with real estate that helped us greatly throughout the ENTIRE process. Words can’t describe how grateful we were for Darryl and all the beneficial information we learned from him on buying a home. If you get the chance, I highly recommend using Darryl as your agent, and to meet a great guy!

When you first meet Darryl Fox, I'm confident you will be impressed with his appearance, communication skills, knowledge base, energy level, and overall demeanor. I think if one could build, figuratively, from the ground up, infusing all the best qualities a realtor could possess, the final result would be Darryl Fox. I consider myself an organized, goal-oriented person, but Darryl was always one step ahead of me in the home search process. He is an excellent listener, familiarizing himself with your personal needs and wants in a home and immediately goes about doing his homework to offer you many choices in homes that meet your requirements. He is very informative yet not pushy through the entire process leading up to the closing. He actually seemed as happy for my husband and I as we were when we ultimately decided on a home to buy. Even after the closing he came by with several personalized housewarming gifts for us! He is so efficient that we began thinking of him as an extension of ourselves. While I could say much more about how totally satisfied, we were with Darryl’s performance, let me just say that we don't just perceive him to be the best realtor we could ask for but one of the nicest people we've ever met. I think you'll be pleasantly pleased and impressed with his honesty, diligence, poise, and overall personal values.
