As a lender the main quality I look for is communication and Darshana was great! Very responsive and truly cared about our client needs which was a very close friend of mine. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent that works 'round the clock to find your specific dream home in Southern California, Darshana Abeita is the one for you!! My husband and I are still in awe of how dedicated she is, how quickly she responds and pulls all needed documents together for submission for bids, lists of needed paperwork for the Underwriter, etc. She gets viewings ASAP, and that's how it happened with our dream home! We found it, saw it, placed a bid with a personalized letter to the owner, all in less than 48 hours, and the offer was accepted!! She gives excellent advice on what amount to offer and is faithful to find homes with your specific likes, wants, and needs.
