I recently had the pleasure of working with Dat on the purchase of my and my fiance's first home. Dat listened carefully to our preferences, and was able to provide us with a range of options that met our criteria.

Throughout the process, Dat was always available to answer the many questions that we had and provide guidance as needed. He was always quick to respond and gave us his professional input on every house we saw.

When it came time to negotiate the house purchase, he worked tirelessly to ensure that the transaction went smoothly and without any surprises by keeping communication clear between us, the lender, escrow, and the seller. We never felt that we were alone in the process and felt that we had a confidant that we could we rely on.

My husband and I were looking for our first home purchase and Dat’s name came up numerous time from various friends. We are extremely happy we did contact him. Within 2 weeks of showing us 7 different new construction communities in Hollister, we found the right home for us. Dat is very personable, attentive, professional and above all has a knack in what we wanted in a home and guided us in the right direction. His main concern was always in our best interest from beginning to end, he makes time regardless of the day or time and walk us thru the whole process from home viewing to closing escrow. His keen insight on the various markets from the bay area to the south bay gave us a confident decision in our home purchase. His vast network from lenders to home insurance providers were stellar.
