We are first time home buyers AND investors - so I know we were a handful. Of course, we were looking for the BEST. But every realtor we search considers themselves to be the best. So after some asking around and interviewing we settled on Daud. His legal background was definitely a plus, but what really sold us was how helpful and knowledge he was about literally EVERY aspect of the transaction. He faced every problem with a positive outlook and always with solutions ready - and solutions that resolved issues quickly. He was extremely patient with random 11 PM texts concerns, which quickly rid of my worries. I would highlight he saved us a lot of money from the list price, but the main reason to work with Daud is for his trustworthiness and he simply knows what he is doing, and you will quickly see his best is simply unmatched. Amazing service from a fine young man. He had more knowledge and the know how than my previous real estate agent. He was able to negotiate a purchase price under asking price AND magically hoop through obstacles that would have prevented me from dream home. Thank you again!!! Amazing agent with the most sweetest personality!
