I was a first time home buyer and DaVan Gassett was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Not only was he knowledgeable about the local inventory and neighborhoods, but he also had excellent suggestions what price point was best for my condo. DaVan even managed to stay in constant contact with me when he was on vacation overseas!

Hey, good people! I am very impressed on how Mr Gassett and staff have treated me and my family on purchasing a great home for us. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate. Homes and commercial property. I asked a ton of questions not knowing about the housing market. He quickly answered and explained very well. And if he didn't know him and his staff quickly researched anything and got back to me with the proper answers, educating me along the way. Threw the whole process of what I was looking for, satisfaction of what I was purchasing, best deal on the table, and still continue to check on me and family after the purchase. Thank you, so much. It was truly a blessing to feel like I was working with an great agent who was looking after my family as well. I'll be acquiring his service for future purchases of property and anyone I know, that wants to be in good hands.

I worked with several realtors this year before COVID jacked stuff up. Before working with DaVan I worked with a guy who ghosted me, a lady who wasn’t sure what she was talking about and didn’t know how bids on HUD homes worked, and several people who didn’t follow up or weren’t too sure about what they were doing.

Out of everyone, DaVan is my favorite! My dad owns a construction company and was super impressed that DaVan knew what he was talking about and what to look for. My mom was asking if he had a younger brother. DaVan was never bothered by my many questions and helped when the loan people were being stinkers. I definitely recommend him and would definitely use him again!
