Dave Ahrens

Dave met his wife in Edwards , Colorado. After getting married in Divide, Colorado, they raised two children. Their family enjoyed camping, fishing, Boy Scouts,snowmobile and motorcycle racing, collecting, restoring and showing antique vehicles. The kids are now grown and gone and have given them grandchildren to spend time with. They continue to enjoy the climate and lifestyle the great state of Colorado has provided for them.

Dave has been licensed in Colorado for 10 years, has received multiple sales awards and won "Agent of the year" for 2021 in his Sellestate Alliance Realty office.

Dave has extensive knowledge of both Residential and Rural properties, and has practical experience working with septic systems, wells and subdividing larger properties.
