Dave Aynes

The list of David’s entrepreneurial endeavors is long.  In all, David has been an investor and/or partner in 8 private companies, 23 real estate partnerships and 14 angel investments.  David began his career in real estate in 2000 and since becoming involved in commercial real estate brokerage in 2007, David has brokered over 1 million square feet in sales and leasing transactions.

David graduated with honors from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a degree (Cum Laude) in Finance and dropped out of Harvard Business School’s MBA program in 2000.  David is a moderate CrossFitter, cyclist and beach/pool enthusiast.  He, his wife Erin and their two children live in Candler Park.
