Dave Chant

Davis R. Chant is Chairman of Davis R. Chant Realtors, a company he founded in 1964, which includes the operation of five regional real estate office and one branch office that service the Hudson Valley of New York, Northern New Jersey and Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Davis R. Chant Realtors opened its first office in Milford, Pennsylvania in 1964 and over the last 49 years, the Chant firm has been the leader in Northeastern Pennsylvania, in selling country property, including single family residential properties and large residential developments as well as significant commercial developments.

Dave has been active in the National Association of Realtors and the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors as well as regional and Tri-State Economic Development groups. He’s co-founder of the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors and has been President three times since 1970.

Dave Chant has a high level of professional commitment to the real estate profession and as Chant Realtors celebrates its 50th anniversary, he still works six to seven days a week most of the year, and 12 to 15 hour days are a standard modus operandi to achieve a high level of accomplishments for clients and customers of Davis R. Chant Realtors.
