Dave Colonna

Born and raised in North Carolina, Dave began his South Florida real estate career after graduating with a Bachelor in Political Science from Duke University. Since 1990, Dave has specialized in the commercial sectors with an emphasis on Acquisitions, Repositions for highest and best value, and Dispositions.

For the past 23 years, Dave has been managing and developing commercial real estate in various disciplines. He has presided over multi-million dollar companies overseeing 50 plus workers in the technology, distribution and various other industries; in addition to his experience in real estate. Dave has secured over $300,000,000 in sales, leases, acquisitions and asset management transactions.

His wealth of knowledge and experience allows him to navigate his clients in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition processes; including due diligence, financing, purchase/lease negotiations, as well as valuation analysis. His understanding of what drives the value of commercial assets, and how to reposition them to maximize returns, marks him as a leader in the South Florida Commercial Real Estate Industry.
