Dave is a native of the Bay Area and has been serving his client’s residential, investment, and referral needs since 1999. He takes a long-term/trusted advisor approach to his business and works almost exclusively by referral. Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Real Estate & Law from Cal Poly Pomona with a minor in Business Law. He also received his Legal Assistant Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and was the top student in his class. Dave also invested over 8 years to perfect his negotiation and other real estate skills by enrolling in Sales Career Resources Coaching/Training.
