Dave knows real estate , especially at lake Anna. Dave is honest,knowledgeable, sincere and listens to his clients. We explained what we were looking for and within 2 weeks he took us to the perfect property for us. No other agent at lake Anna could have done this great of a job for our family. If we ever sale or looking for other properties, we will use Dave again.
