Dave Henderson is a fantastic agent on either side of the transaction. He knows the market and how to get a deal done. He showed us MULTIPLE properties yet never pressured us into making offers or moves we were not comfortable with. Most importantly he helped us get a deal done after we had missed out on 6 other properties with our prior agent. Dave is easy going and extremely helpful even after the close when he personally came over to help us get our internet hooked up! We would highly recommend Dave Henderson and will use him again in the future.

Dave has been our real estate broker in three separate real estate transactions (2 sales/1 purchase) in Northern and Southern California. He worked with us and for us each step of the way doing whatever it took to accomplish the sale and close the purchase.

In the sales transactions, he worked with us to do whatever needed to be done to prepare our property to sell it at top of market value. His ability to listen to our needs and execute a plan was instrumental in helping us meet our goals of acquiring a bit of paradise in San Diego. He continually communicated with us throughout the sales/purchase process so there were no surprises. Dave and his team work with you and for you!

Buying your first home is intimidating. So many variables in an unknown territory.
Dave's first priority was always to know what we were looking for and asking the right questions to sincerely tell us what was good for us.
Always on top of things every step of the process, anticipating things and getting a step ahead, preparing documents and helping us communicate with the different sellers we engaged.
At the end he helped us find our perfect home, at the right price, in the perfect location.
