I dont even know where to begin. This was my first home purchase and Dave was beyond amazing. He explained everything to me as we walked through the process and I am beyond thankful for him. I started this process at the beginning of Covid so everything was crazy. My first loan fell through and I was in a panic. Dave continued to stand by me and encourage me to not give up. He kept in constant contact with me and was so kind to relay my continued efforts to the sellers. Through Dave's knowledge and support he gave me the name of an excellent lender who was able to get everything worked out so I could purchase my dream home. Because Dave didnt give up on me, continued to support me and tell me to not give up, stood by me, I was able to finally close the deal. When I picked up the keys from Dave I cried. If your looking for a kind, honest, thorough, excellent realtor Dave is it!!! I have recommended anyone purchasing to use Dave and I would use him again. He went above and beyond my expectations and even though this was a stressful process and I felt like throwing in the towel, he didn't let me. Dave was more than a realtor. He is a friend and an excellent motivator. I have been in my home almost a year and he still takes time to email me to see how things are going. His professionalism is beyond measure. Everyday I get too wake up in the home of my dreams and its all because Dave told me keep going. I will forever be thankful for him!!!
