Welcome to the beautiful beaches of Delaware & Maryland! I have been a licensed resort professional for over 20 years, helping buyers and sellers from Ocean City, MD to Lewes, DE.
Ocean City is my home. Its where I came as a child and where I've raised my son. It offers so much to so many from the Boardwalk to Northside Park. Its easy to see why it is annually ranked as one of the top 10 beaches on the East Coast.

Professionally speaking, I have maintained my office in Bethany Beach. Only 15 minutes away (even in summer traffic), Bethany Beach offers a small town charm with local businesses sprinkled among its landscape. The beach is smaller. The town is quieter. Yet, for many vacationers, they wouldn't trade it for the world. Perhaps the most recognizable landmark in Bethany Beach is Sea Colony, the only highrises in town and my home away from home.

Sea Colony has been a focal point of my career since I entered the industry. It is a unique community with 12 pools, 34 tennis courts, 2 Fitness Centers, a 1/2 mile private beach and so much more!

Just a short drive North from Bethany Beach is Rehoboth Beach! Significantly larger than both Bethany and OC, Rehoboth is home to some of the best restaurants in the area! Downtown offers several landmark shops and stores, a boardwalk and amusementsI A must for all beachgoers! Heading West away from the beach is a mecca of outlet shopping. If you're looking for a brand its probably there! Rehoboth isn't all shopping and eating though. The area offers a lot of diverse living from country club neighborhoods to waterfront homes to year round enclaves to summer homes.

The distance from OCMD to Rehoboth is only about 30 miles. The towns in between offer something for all. It is for this reason I made the decision to practice real estate in both states. 23 years and counting, I've never been disappointed with my choice.
