He has over 35 years experience in Real Estate. He has purchased properties, for additional income and for appreciation, to help with his retirement goals. Even after experiencing the declining markets he truly believes in CA Real Estate.

He has had years of education but his two best teachers were right at home. His parents taught him good work ethic, the importance of respect, and the only way to treat people is the way we would want to be treated.

He does not use assistants as he feels the best way to get the job done properly is for the person they hire, him, to be there all the way! Old fashion, perhaps, but he is there at every inspection, negotiation, signing, etc. He cares about the end result and about how you think of him and his service.
