Dave Parks

For almost 40 years, Dave Parks has consistently been one of San Mateo County’s top-producing real estate brokers. As a broker & co-owner of Gateway Properties in San Carlos, Dave has listed & sold residential & investment properties on the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, as well as coastal properties. He attributes much of his success to his passion, knowledge, & appreciation of the region. In addition, Dave’s clients value his hands-on approach, persistence, strong negotiating skills, & above all else, his practical knowledge. He is particularly beloved among his seller clients, who tout his aggressive marketing strategies, & Bay Area market intelligence as some of his top assets.
When Dave is not working with his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family. Dave grew up in San Carlos and has been in the community for over 60 years. Dave is also the proud co-owner of the local favorite restaurant The Office Bar & Grill. Additionally, Dave & his wife are the owners of Rustic House Seafood and Oyster Bar, also in San Carlos and Los Altos.
