I don't put my name behind people out there often, but this agent here is the bomb......Hes better then a Mike Diamond smell good plumber. Every-time we had an appointment he showed up on time and smelled good. But all jokes aside, Dave really did a fantastic job finding me a home. He was so helpful and smart about everything. I was stressed going into this thing but he made it so relaxed for me I almost forgot I was about to spend a million dollars. He kept me informed at all times and answered all my questions. With out a doubt, I would refer this man to all my friends and family.

I was introduced to Dave through my lawyer who has been working with Dave for over 10 years buying and selling property. After meeting Dave I was well aware that I was in good hands. I moved here from Florida and was looking to buy a home in Newport Beach. I was taken back by the vast knowledge that Dave had of the Orange County area. He also had the answer to every question I had for him. I've worked with many good agents in Florida, but never have I worked with an agent as smart and professional as Dave.
