Dave Stockman

David joined the Concept team as Director of Multifamily Housing and Hospitality and was recently appointed Vice President and will oversee The Progress District project, specifically The Convergence area. He has over 25 years of experience in Multifamily Real Estate, most recently as the Director of Real Estate at Viking Companies for the development of Celebration Pointe. He was responsible for land acquisitions, land development, design and the underwriting of student and market rate multifamily developments.As Director of Real Estate for Viking, Dave Stockman is responsible for land acquisitions, land development, design and the underwriting of student and market rate multi-family developments. For 15 years, Dave worked for the Davis Companies and was directly involved in the design, development, and construction of nearly 448 luxury condominium units located in Florida and Mississippi valued at approximately $113,500,000. He was also responsible for the design, development, and construction of over 1,000 student housing units in 7 communities located throughout the southeastern United States valued in excess of $100,000,000. Dave is a graduate of Santa Fe College’s Building Construction Technology program and is licensed in Florida as a real estate sales associate.
