Working with Dave was an absolute pleasure! He helped my husband and I sell & buy all within 3 weeks and the process was seamless. As first time sellers and second time buyers, we greatly appreciated his expertise & guidance. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, & very responsive-answering any questions we had within minutes (even while on vacation!) He truly never stopped working for us and made an overwhelming process much less so. Would not hesitate to work with him again!

Dave is the definition of Real Estate Professional. Constantly providing updates, information, and anything needed from us in order to keep the process moving. Dave is not afraid to utilize his vast network to get questions answered quickly. Fantastic!
