David Apperson

David Apperson was born in Memphis, Tn in 1956. Graduated from White Station High School in 1974. I attended the University of Memphis on a golf scholarship and graduated from the University of Memphis in 1979 with a BS in Marketing/Sales. I attempted to play golf professionally until 1983. I married Jan in 1984. We have four beautiful children and 8 terrific grandchildren. I became a licensed Realtor in 1980. I made the MAAR Multi-Million $ Sales Club in 1985. I became a Life Member in 1989 after five consecutive years of membership. My most successful year was 1992 with 60 closed sales and a value of over 6.1 million. I acquired a CRS designation in 1994 and an ABR designation in 2000. I am a Realtor Broker. I sell real estate full time and work with both buyers and sellers. I have experience selling residential homes, new construction homes, investment properties, foreclosures, short sales, relocation properties and custom built new homes. I have relationships with several custom home builders. I have helped design new homes for both consumers and builders.
