David Arabia

Born and raised in Tenafly, David is a lifelong New Jersey resident with over 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and developer. Recognized as an industry leader in Bergen County, he founded Corcoran Infinity Properties after more than two decades at a boutique family-run brokerage. Specializing in land acquisition, construction management, and sales for multi-unit properties as well as high-end single-family residences, David has been a driving force in the growth of many sought-after communities within the New York metro area. He’s widely regarded for spearheading multimillion dollar waterfront projects — like Edgewater’s 48-unit Marquis on the Hudson — while acting as a highly competitive agent throughout Bergen’s upscale residential neighborhoods. David’s professional accomplishments have earned him the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Platinum Sales Award®, and he’s been repeatedly ranked as Bergen Magazine’s “Elite” status broker. In 2023, he acquired Friedberg Properties and rebranded the firm as Corcoran Infinity Properties, an independently owned and operated affiliate of The Corcoran Group.
