David has acquired extensive sales, marketing, and analytical skills to assist his clients in evaluating deals. His background includes experience in accounting, data analysis, and advertising sales. During his junior year at the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business, David started his business as an Ohio realtor while managing full-time coursework and an internship. He began his real estate career working with buyers and sellers on both single-family and multi-family property transactions.
Before joining Rath Equity, David excelled with a top-performing residential real estate team, focusing particularly on multi-family properties. At Rath Equity, he continues to serve residential clients, along with those in multi-family, office, industrial, and restaurant sectors. Actively engaged in the real estate community, David regularly attends monthly round table events to stay informed on industry trends. He is enthusiastic about leveraging his skills at Rath Equity to help clients achieve their goals.
David grew up in Montgomery, Ohio, and is a graduate of Sycamore High School. With deep roots in the Cincinnati area spanning over a century, his family has been actively involved in the community with his grandfather being the former Mayor of Montgomery. Outside of work, David dedicates time to the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, where he mentors a young adult weekly.
