David resides in the Castro neighborhood in a beautiful 1891 Victorian building. David bought his first property in his early 20’s and has purchased, sold, and invested in many homes, condominiums, income buildings, lofts, and TICs in San Francisco over the years. David is a proud homeowner and landlord of multiple properties in San Francisco. With a multitude of experience involving complex construction renovation projects, expansive garage additions, condominium conversions, 1031 exchanges, lot splits and TIC formations, David guides his clients every step of the way to help fulfill their dream of home ownership.
David is fluent in Spanish and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with honors. David holds triple citizenship in the U.S., Spain, and Colombia. He has been involved with many charitable organizations including breast cancer research, child abuse prevention, and landscaping and beautifying neighborhoods in San Francisco. In his spare time, David enjoys professional dancing, fitness, sports, cars, and art galleries.
