They came to my house to meet me and take a tour of my house. They explained the process, when it would go on the market, what a good asking price would be, what, if anything I would need to do to the house before it was placed on the market. They also explained their awesome marketing plan including a professional photographer to do a video virtual tour. It turned out amazing. They kept me informed of the progress during the entire selling process. They even attended the closing in which I felt very supported. David sold one of my friends houses. This really impressed me as he sold it for exactly what my friend wanted and in less than 30 days. My house sold in one day for full price. If you are looking for someone to sell your property, I highly recommend David Bailey and his wife.
