Despite buying or selling, it is David’s duty to facilitate all aspects of the transaction. This includes explaining and helping clients complete all necessary paperwork, contracts, and offers as they come available, and guiding them through the closing process. Ultimately, as an agent, it is his job to exceed expectations by ensuring that clients get the best possible results out of the transaction.

David has been in retail sales and management for the past 18 years. He has sold anything from home appliances to jewelry. During this time, he has learned that customer satisfaction is the key priority in having a successful business. He believes that, though the product may be different in real estate, the key priority remains the same.
