David Bond

Being a licensed professional Real Estate Broker, Mr. Bond is also a Certified General Appraiser, and a licensed General Building Contractor, thereby providing additional expertise in all matters relating to real estate. Over the course of the years, Mr. Bond has been directly responsible for the direct sales of all types of properties, both in the government and private sectors. He has literally sold thousands of properties totaling over one billion in sales, which is substantially more than any typical real estate broker. Mr. Bond holds two college degrees in real estate and a college occupational certificate in real estate. In addition, he has had law school education and has completed all the current continuing education courses required for his licenses.
